What we collect

When you use our learning platform:

• First name and work email address (registration form)
• Role/seniority (self-selected from options)
• LinkedIn profile data if you choose "Continue with LinkedIn" (name, email)
• Course progress (which modules you view, quiz responses)

When you book a demo:

• Name, email, and any information you provide in the booking form

When you use our website generally:

• Anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
• We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracking cookies

Why we collect it

• To provide course access — your email verifies you are a real professional
• To track your progress — so you can resume where you left off
• To understand what content is useful — aggregate completion data helps us improve
• To follow up if you've engaged — if you complete several modules, we may reach out with relevant resources

How we store it

• Registration and progress data is stored securely in a cloud database (EU region, encrypted at rest and in transit)
• Verification codes are stored in-memory only and expire after 10 minutes
• A lightweight session token is stored in your browser so you stay logged in
• LinkedIn login tokens are not stored — we only keep your name and email

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

• One session cookie to keep you logged in — not used for tracking
• No advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised SupaMakers personnel only.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
